Dr. Yula Indeyeva is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon specializing in facelifts, neck lifts, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, and lip augmentation. She has over 10 years of surgical experience and 14 years of medical school training. Dr. Indeyeva is one of the few facial plastic surgeons in the country who routinely performs extended deep-plane facelifts and structural deep neck lifts, which are considered the most advanced and gold-standard facial and neck rejuvenation techniques. Tiphany Hall, PhD

Dr. Tiphany Hall co-founded Aesthetic Next, a revolutionary conference that aims to change the future of aesthetic medicine. She is the Chief Growth Officer for Aesthetic Record, a leading all-in-one EMR and practice management solution. Over the past decade, Tiphany Hall, Ph.D., MBA, has held various positions. In 2015, she joined Galderma as Associate Director, HCP Training & Education, Marketing Manager, Customer Engagement & Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN), and Field Sales Trainer & Senior Account Manager, Aesthetic & Corrective. In 2020, she began working as an Industry Consultant at MTF Biologics, and in 2021, she took on a similar role at RVL Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Most recently, since 2019, she has been serving as Chief Growth Officer at Aesthetic Record EMR & Practice Management Solution.

Daniel Carrasco, MD

Daniel A. Carrasco, M.D., is a board-certified dermatologist with extensive experience. He was trained in New York City and is originally from San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Carrasco completed his residency training in dermatology at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital. During his fellowships and residency, he was a co-investigator in over 50 clinical trials, presented 12 posters at the American Academy of Dermatology, published over 25 scientific journals in medical journals, and wrote three book chapters. In his second year of residency, he was awarded a Resident Educational Award by the Dermatology Foundation and subsequently appointed chief resident during his senior year of training.

Kim Welch, NP-CANS

Kim Welch, MSN, AGPRN-BC, is a highly skilled and experienced licensed nurse practitioner with over 21 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Throughout her career, she has developed an extensive clinical nursing background and has gained over 10 years of experience with a specialized focus on aesthetic injectables. As the top National Injectable Trainer for Galderma, Kim Welch trains healthcare professionals on new treatments and procedures. She is also the owner and CEO of The Pearl Med Spa in Coppell, Texas, which offers laser treatments, injectables, and facials. Kim Welch ensures that her team stays up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies to provide advanced and effective treatments to patients. Her extensive knowledge and expertise have made her a go-to resource for healthcare professionals and patients.

Shakira Cabrera, PA-C

Shakira Cabrera, PA-C, is the CEO of Jules Aesthetic and Wellness in San Antonio, Texas. She specialized in inpatient medicine in cardiology and neurology before becoming a physician assistant for the Trauma and Plastic Surgery Department at Brooke Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston in 2012. In 2015, she started her own surgical first assist company, working with plastic surgeons in the community. In 2018, she fully committed to aesthetics to grow her own practice and build relationships with patients. Over the past five years, she has trained to offer cutting-edge procedures and skills to her San Antonio patients. She trains other injectors and believes that having a student mentality and continuing to learn is essential in this ever-changing field.

Kathryn Clayton, FNP-BC

Kathryn Clayton, FNP-BC, is a highly skilled board-certified Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is an expert in non-surgical facial cosmetic injections and has undergone extensive training, including the highly sought-after trough injections. Kathryn Clayton received her degree from Clemson University (CU), where she found a passion for enhancing natural beauty artistically and meticulously. Her patients trust her ability to listen and understand their concerns. She creates unique treatment plans to achieve their desired results to create a refreshed appearance with a natural touch. Her expertise and dedication to providing patients with the best possible care have earned her a reputation as a leader in her field.

Lisa Moody, PA-C

Lisa Moody, PAC, DFAAPA WTS, owns Skinwerx MedSpa in Arlington, Texas. Her interest in aesthetic medicine and dermatology led her to open Cozmederm in 2005, specializing in Botox, Juvederm, and Obagi medical-grade skincare. Lisa Moody joined Mansfield/United Dermatology in 2007 and helped to grow a new medical and cosmetic dermatology practice, which now has four locations. In 2017, she became a Galderma Aesthetic Instructor Network Trainer and has since completed over 100 on-label and off-label training on aesthetic injection procedures. Recently, she also earned her World Trichology Society certification in 2021, as she is interested in Hair Restoration. During the COVID epidemic at the end of 2019, Lisa Moody opened Skinwerx MedSpa, which provides a comprehensive range of services, including cosmetic and medical dermatology.

Heidi B. Prather

Heidi B. Prather, MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained cosmetic and procedural dermatologist in Austin, TX. She is an active member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) and was selected as a member of the Future Leaders Network. She has been involved in cutting-edge clinical research to bring new treatments to market, such as the latest neuromodulators, mesotherapy (fat reduction injectables), and novel lasers for tattoo removal, photorejuvenation, and acne treatment. During her fellowship, she participated in the first commercially available treatments with Cellfina, a standardized device for cellulite release, and Kybella, an injectable for submental fat reduction. She has been published in peer-reviewed journals on non-ablative skin tightening, vascular malformations, tattoo removal, and laser safety and continues to contribute to the literature through publication and peer-review.

Hayley Peña, RN

With over 12 years of experience, RN Peña has treated clients worldwide. She is passionate about building relationships with clients based on integrity and skill to deliver safe and aesthetic results. Having performed thousands of treatments, RN Peña specializes in global facial rejuvenation tailored to protect, preserve, and restore the natural aging process. She has experience in every aspect of aesthetics, from her time as a plastic surgery nurse to a decade’s worth of dedication to the growth of the non-surgical arm of The Piazza Center for Plastic Surgery. Since the conception of The Piazza Center in 2010, Hayley has worked alongside Dr. Piazza and takes pride in her commitment to its evolution. RN Peña specializes in all HA dermal fillers, neurotoxins, Sculptra, Exosomes, and hyper-dilute Radiesse.
